Kellen has contacted this
backhand perfectly. But as he finishes the stroke, his right
foot should not pivot to such an extreme sideways position.

Kellen's two-handed forehand is excellent. Though his right
foot is not as much of a problem as it is on his backhand, on this
stroke he should let it pivot into more of a forward position.

Delta was losing power and control on her groundstrokes
because she was wrapping her finish too much behind her. In order to
correct the problem, she will use an exaggerated forward finish for a few
weeks.
Jade takes a lunging step into this backhand. Her classic
follow-through is excellent for both control and power.
Jade crushes this forehand and locks into an absolutely perfect
follow-through!
Tournament winner, Demetria Nelson, demonstrates the
forehand volley. Using a serve grip, she is ready at the net
with the rackethead up and in front. Then, with
NO BACKSWING, she moves the rackethead the
shortest distance to intercept the ball.
Erica demonstrates the tiny one-inch stroke of the volley.
